CMNZ has a “no refunds” policy.
Although accurate at the time of publication, tour details may change. CMNZ reserves the right to vary programme content, artists, concert date, time or venue without prior notice.
Each Flexi, Mini Flexi and 25:25 Pass has one box for each concert, representing one seat. These seats can be used in any combination. To convert these boxes into tickets, you must contact the designated box office in your centre (also printed on your Pass) and indicate which concert/s you wish to attend and how many seats you require. You will need to collect your tickets from the box office and present your Pass to box office staff for validation. Seating is subject to availability, so book early to secure seats to your favourite concert/s. Bookings available from Monday 7 February 2011. No internet bookings. Please Note: box office service or transaction fees apply.
Season and Flexi Pass prices will increase by $10 from 1 January 2011.
If purchasing a 25:25 Pass, you will need to send a photocopy of age ID with your booking form.
A School Season Pass is only valid for schools registered with the Ministry of Education, unless prior approval is obtained from CMNZ
